General Information
Q. Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
A. No, all rooms are non-smoking. A ฿2,000-5,000 cleaning fee will be applied. However, designated smoking area provided out of hotel building.
Q. Do you have high-speed wireless internet access available?
A. Yes, wireless access is available free of charge in all guest rooms, and wireless access in public areas. Computers are available for complimentary use located next to the Reception counter on the 1st floor.
Q. Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours?
A. Yes, we have. Open from everyday 06.30-22.00
Q. Do you have a computer station?
A. Yes, the computer station is at the 1st floor open 24 hours a day.
Q. Do you have a pool?
A. Yes, our salt water filtration system swimming pool opens from everyday 06.30-22.00.
Q. Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
A. S HADYAI Hotel does not have a spa. Our helpful concierge can point you toward a recommended nearby spa. Just ask at the concierge desk.
Q. Does S HADYAI HOTEL allows pets?
A. We are sorry, but pets are not allowed on property
Rooms
Q. What is check in/check out time?
A. Check in is at 2 PM and check out is at 12 noon.
Q. Is early check-in available?
A. Check-in prior to the standard check-in time may be available at the time of check-in but is not guaranteed.
Q. Is late check-out available?
A. Late check-out fee will be charge at 50% of contract rate but subject to room availability. We will be happy to keep your luggage in our storage room for free after your check out.
Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A. Yes, we will be happy to keep your luggage in our storage room for free before check in or after check out.
Q. Do you have rooms for more than 3 people?
A. We have the FAMILY SUITE that sleeps 4 people. There is only 1 room of this type. We would recommend you to reserve 2 rooms instead.
Q. Do you have connecting rooms?
A. No, there are no connecting rooms at the hotel. We would recommend you to reserve 2 rooms instead.
Q. Do you provide extra beds or cribs? Is there a charge?
A. We can provide an extra bed (except Standard room). Please contact us for arrangement. An extra charge will be applied. Cribs are available and free of charge.
Q. What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
A. You must be 18 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the hotel.
Q. Is my ID/passport required at check in?
A. We require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
Q. Do you have an early departure fee?
A. Yes, an early departure fee in an amount of full length stays as the contract rate.
Q. Is breakfast included in the room rate?
A. Please check your package or your room offer.
Q. Do children stay free of charge?
A. Children 4 years old and younger may stay free of charge in existing bedding when accompanied by an adult.
Q. What room amenities are available?
A. All guest rooms have comfortable Mattress & Micro Gel Topper, Soft & Firm Pillow, LED40”, Hair dryer, Mini fridge, In room safe, Bathrobe, Slipper, Desk, Curtain, Laundry bag, Rain-shower, Bathroom amenity, Bottle of water, Coffee & herbal tea and Wi-Fi access
Reservation
Q. I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
A. You must go through the booking agent/website that you went through in order to change your reservation.
Q. What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
A. We require ฿1,000 cash or credit card for deposit at the time of check-in. Your security deposit may be refunded after your room has been inspected upon your departure.
A cancellation fee will be enforced if you fail to give us, or your travel agent, sufficient notice before the cancel due date. Cancelation policies vary depending on the reservation. Please review the terms & conditions of the reservation.
Q. Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
A. Yes, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your room. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. We will only charge your credit card should you cancel your reservation beyond the scope of our cancellation policy, or do not show up on the arrival date without notice.
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Master card , JCB, American Express, and Diners.

Q. How do I get to the hotel?

Q. Do you offer transfer service from the airport?
A. Yes, please contact us for arrangement.
Q. Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
A. Yes, we have onsite parking in front of the hotel and additional parking space which is less than 100 meters from the hotel. This service is free of charge.
Restaurant
Q. What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
A. ORGANICE RESTAURANT, our main restaurant we offer a simple, delicious, and healthy dish with a variety selection of our gourmet menu. Opening Hrs. from 06.30 – 23.00.
SOUL BAR, a delightfully cozy venue serving fine coffee and tea with a selection of homemade cakes and pastries. Opening Hrs. from 11.00 – 22.00.

Q. I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?
A. You can call the S HADYAI HOTEL general line at +66(0)74 209761-2, +66(0)954 309 232 for any questions pertaining to your bill. Please ask for the accounting department.
Q. What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
A. We accept cash and all major credit cards/debit cards. We do not accept checks.
